As the name Ladrio (meaning 'brick' in Spanish) suggests, this café is fronted by weather-beaten bricks that betray its age. Priding itself on being one of Jinbocho's oldest shops, Ladrio has stood strong since 1949 and was the first shop in the 'hood to serve Cafe Vienne (¥480), a cup of coffee topped with generous amounts of whipped cream.
