Las Chicas comprises a restaurant, bar, café, DJ lounge and exhibition space, but most of all it’s an arty, gaijin-friendly space in which to hang out. The cuisine has a strong Aussie influence and the cooking is always more than competent – good seafood and grills, as well as simpler bar-type snacks such as potato wedges with sour cream and Thai chilli sauce. In summer, the open patio is just perfect for chilling with a bottle of crisp Aussie chardonnay.
