Time Out says

Lattest Sports has some serious sports credentials with a bouldering gym and bike shop. But it’s also home to an excellent coffee stand for a caffeine fix and a bite to eat. Look out for its seasonal lattes, or go straight for the ‘Lattest’ – a short glass with 3.5 ounces of cold milk and a shot of espresso on top. You can pair your coffee with a sweet treat like chocolate chip cookies, banana bread and milk pudding. There are more substantial lunch options like hot sandwiches and soups, too.

Lattest Sports is also home to bouldering gym The Stone Session. It’s open to everyone from beginners to regular climbers; it even offers classes for children. Unlike at many other bouldering gyms, there are no markings on the walls here to indicate the difficulty of the climbing courses. That means the only way to find out the difficulty of the climb is by trying it out for yourself and enjoying the challenge without any preconceptions.

Young children who aren't old enough to boulder can enjoy the sandpit next door, which costs ¥500 per 30 minutes. It's equipped with mini slides, shovels and toys to keep the little ones busy.

You can also browse the bike and merchandise shops, where you’ll find items like stylish e-bikes by Mate and handcrafted tote bags made from recycled coffee bean bags.
