Lodge Akaishi looks like it's popped straight out of a Showa film and serves up classic Japanese café grub, including their ever-popular mix pizza, pilaf and curry rice. If you can't decide on what to order, there's no going wrong with the Katsu-ju (¥1,000), a massive fried pork cutlet over a bed of rice topped with egg, or the 'Napolitan' spaghetti sprinkled with powdered cheese and tabasco.
