Time Out says

Expect a new take on the city’s bubble tea trend at Laforet Harajuku's Machi Machi café, a Taiwanese tea stand known for its cheese-topped 'God of Cheese Tea'. The airy cheese topping consists of a well-balanced mix of cream cheese, fresh cream and salt, giving your milk- or fruit-based beverage a flavourful and somewhat savoury edge. You can also add-in chewy mini taro balls instead of the conventional tapioca pearls.

The line-up consists of 20 different drinks, including jasmine, oolong and milk tea creations, fresh-fruit tea options such as strawberry and wildberry, as well as handy bottled drinks with panna cotta or green tea jelly at the bottom. If Machi Machi's cheesy topping isn't to your liking, try the crème brûlée-topped milk tea for a change.
