Time Out says

Despite being an izakaya, the sushi at Marugamaru Takadanobaba is top notch, as the seafood is sourced directly from Numazu Fishing Port. The sushi rice here is prepared with red vinegar to give it a deep flavour, and you can get a piece of nigiri for around ¥100 to ¥300 a pop.

Otherwise, get a five- (¥780) or ten-piece (¥1,380) sushi set, and supplement your meal with classic Japanese side dishes like tamagoyaki (Japanese egg omelette; ¥480) or deep-fried horse mackerel (¥380). Wash your meal down with a glass of sake or shochu.
