Visit their pop-up to get your hands on fresh, ceremonial-grade matcha served iced or hot, straight or in latte form, and sourced directly from a farm in Aichi prefecture's Nishio. MatchaBar are also bringing over their revamped spring menu, which features flavours like iced watermelon basil, white pear and jasmine – good luck finding these elsewhere in Japan.
