Located in a back alley of the business district in Kayabacho, this tempura restaurant has been in business since 1976. It’s extremely popular and sometimes considered one of the best five in the city. Most of the seats face the counter. You can enjoy authentic Edo-style tempura, along with seasonal ingredients such as leaf bud in spring, ginpo fish in summer and matsutake mushrooms in autumn. The tempura makes the most of great ingredients, and is always perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
