Time Out says

With multiple outlets in central Tokyo, Monsoon Cafe is run by the same people behind Gonpachi and La Boheme. The menu offers a range of Southeast Asian cuisines including Thai, Vietnamese and Malaysian dishes.

Its regular weekday lunch deal starts from an affordable  ¥1,000, and for that you get a salad and a main dish of your choice plus unlimited jasmine tea. For the main, you can choose from chicken gapao rice, pho, pad Thai, green curry or the weekly special. An additional ¥300 will get you a dessert or appetiser.

On weekends and holidays, the lunch set is priced at ¥1,650, but it gives you more: a serving of Vietnamese spring roll, an appetiser, a main course and bottomless jasmine tea.

Dinner, however, offers a fuller menu, where you’ll find plenty of rice dishes such as Indonesian nasi goreng, and char siu pork and pineapple fried rice, as well as noodles including tom yum kung soup and Thai ramen with beef tendon and coriander.

Some dishes can be made vegan upon request. Monsoon Cafe can even replace the regular rice with cauliflower rice for those who are looking for a low-carb meal.
