Time Out says

Located on the thirty-fifth floor of the Marunouchi Building, this wagyu-focused restaurant gives diners a splendid view of the city, including the Imperial Palace. Established as the first butcher in Kyoto in 1869, Morita-ya only uses meat from its specialist farm in Tanba, Kyoto. Try the distinctive Kansai-style sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, barbecue and steaks with premium Kyoto beef.
