Now here's a restaurant concept we can get behind: subscribing to the Japanese philosophy of mottainai ('don't waste'), Daikanyama's Radice buys up slightly damaged, misshapen and strangely sized but otherwise perfectly fine produce and turns it into delicious, veg-heavy meals. Open from 7am (on weekends) to late in the evening, the eco-friendly eatery also houses a miniature greengrocer, which naturally stocks only fare that your average Tokyo supermarket would deem unseemly and unfit for sale. To top things off, they even offer freshly pressed juice takeaways, all day long.
