In terms of authenticity, we have high hopes for this new Shinbashi eatery, opened in early April 2017. That's because the chefs at this purveyor of modern South Indian cuisine all hail from the southern bit of the subcontinent and have been training since they were little. Southern staples such as chicken Hyderabadi, biryani, leg roast, paneer curries and dosas are all on the menu, served up with ample attention to detail.
