Nihao

Established in 1983 and serving up home-style Chinese cooking, Nihao operates a total of six restaurants around Kamata and several more further afield. Their gyoza, which are completely handmade according to traditional Chinese methods – from the wrapper to the filling – are very popular. A lot of attention goes into making these delicacies, including using a different wrapper depending on whether they'll be grilled or boiled. Their gyoza get rave reviews for their combination of crispiness and chewiness. Take a bite and enjoy the juiciness of the filling made from specially selected pork, Chinese cabbage and long green onions. Nihao's fried rice, meanwhile, comes in small, medium and large servings, and the spiciness level can be freely customised.
