Time Out says

Get your Disney fix at this pop-up café based on everyone’s favourite female mouse, Minnie Mouse. Minnie made her debut alongside Mickey Mouse in the animated short film ‘Steamboat Willie’ (1928) and has been Mickey's long-term girlfriend ever since.

The café’s overall theme is ‘Minnie Mouse as a positive lifestyle icon in the modern age’, with all menu items designed around the cartoon rodent. Even though we know her in her iconic red and white polka dot dress, here Minnie is in vivid yellow.

For the ultimate Instagram photo op, go for the so-called 'cheerful burger' (¥1,990), resembling the silhouette of Minnie’s head, or the hashed beef ribbon rice (¥1,390), with a pile of rice in the shape of Minnie’s hair ribbon. Those with a sweet tooth will love the fruit sandwich (¥990), made with poppy seeds and lemon juice, and filled with a refreshing yoghurt cream and plenty of fresh fruit. For an extra ¥2,790, you can even take home the plate your food is served on – don’t worry, you will get a brand new boxed one.

Don’t leave the café without making a detour to the souvenir corner, where you can shop for original limited goodies, such as keyholders, badges, stickers, postcards, pens, bags, and more.

If you can’t make it to the Tokyo location, the café has also pop-ups in Fukuoka (until March 28), Osaka (until April 19), and Nagoya (until April 26).
