Time Out says

It certainly looks the part, but anyone expecting an authentic American-style diner experience will be in for a disappointment at On The Corner. A popular spot for Shibuya's chain-smoking creative industry types, the café serves ho-hum renditions of Western staples, including pastrami sandwiches, sausage-and-egg muffins and a 'New York style' pizza that really isn't. It's a decent nightspot if you just want to grab a few drinks, but the real draw is the No. 8 Bear Pond coffee stand at the front of the building, serving latte, red eye and single-origin coffees from Shimokitazawa's famed Bear Pond Espresso.
