Found on the eighth floor of the Kirarito Ginza shopping complex, Paezo serves up Japanese-fusion versions of paella. In practice, that means liberal use of dashi and domestic rice-cooking methods, plus all sorts of unorthodox topping combinations. Lunch sets (from ¥1,000) include your choice of more than ten paella varieties (or pasta), salad or soup and a drink, while the dinnertime deals are more appropriate for sharing with two or three fellow diners. There is also a rather plentiful tapas menu.
