Two of Park Hyatt Tokyo’s resident restaurants are pulling out all the stops this February. For a romantic evening, you can’t beat the view of the skyline from the New York Grill, perched high on the 52nd floor of the hotel. Choose from either a four-course (¥19,800) or five-course (¥23,100) dinner crafted by Chef de Cuisine Paul Gajewski. If you prefer to indulge in a delicious French affair, head on over to Girandole where a special four-course (¥8,250) or five-course (¥11,000) dinner will be served. To make your date all the more special, add a glass of rosé champagne and your evening is set.
