The Christmas dinner served at Shangri-La’s signature restaurant offers dishes filled with luxurious ingredients including high-grade Miyazaki caviar, foie gras and black truffle. There are only two nights you can book this special dinner: December 24 and 25. You can choose between the ¥28,000 Mezzo Course, or the ¥35,000 Natale Course.
Roasted flounder with saffron sabayon sauce, scallop carpaccio and a warm foie gras flan are offered in both courses. The Mezzo Course features a chestnut risotto, while the slightly more expensive Natale Course features a housemade blue lobster pasta.
