R2 Supperclub

R2 Supperclub is the latest venture by the expat team behind Omotesando hotspot Two Rooms, and has caused a similar amount of buzz since opening in late 2011. Not to be confused with the home-cooking 'supper club' trend that's taken London by storm over the past few years, the model here is the social clubs of '30s New York: sophisticated oases of good food, cigars, cocktails and live jazz. The food menu runs from Middle Eastern mezze to fish and chips with a Japanese-style yuzu and black pepper tartare sauce, while martinis, fresh fruit daiquiris and caipirinhas feature heavily in the drink lineup.
