Opened in November 2016, this new Ebisu ramen contender aims to please with mixtures made only from domestic ingredients and without any additives. The main choices are Chicken White Ramen, for which the broth is made with water and chicken bones alone, and Chicken Clear Soup Ramen, which incorporates ample veg. With the former, you can also look forward to succulent chicken char siu and slowly roast chicken toppings – to round off the chicken-centric experience, so to speak.
