A hideaway Italian restaurant where high-quality Japanese ingredients are utilised with great precision, Cio stays true to the seasons while incorporating classic influences year-round. Try the popular grilled kuroge wagyu cheek, preprared over charcoal until crispy on the surface but superbly juicy and tender on the inside. This one is a little off the beaten track, but well worth the walk from either Hiroo or Omotesando station.
