Run by the expat trio behind Aoyama's excellent Two Rooms, this relatively newly opened meat eatery at Roppongi's Ark Hills aims for a classic American steakhouse feel with a few modern upgrades. Both A3 wagyu and American Prime steaks are available, along with Australian John Dee Gold product, while the weekend brunches (from ¥2,950) also feature choices like grilled chicken, fish fillets and pasta.
