Andaz Tokyo's annual Sakura Garden returns this spring with a special afternoon tea on the hotel’s 52nd-floor rooftop terrace. Take in the city views as you treat yourself to a pretty pink tea set filled with savoury mille crepes filled with beetroot puree, a sakura opera cake, and a sakura rare cheesecake topped with freeze-dried chocolate. There'll also be sakura scones made with chopped sakura leaves and sakura essence, giving the scones a wonderful balance of sweet and salty flavours.
