Time Out says

The café of beauty brand Botanist, famous for its range of personal care products made from plant-derived ingredients, has revamped its health-conscious food and drink menu in celebration of spring's cherry blossom season. From now on, vegetarian and vegan diners can feast on sakura-inspired drinks and dishes until May 12.

Opt for the Spring Bloom Pasta (¥1,200), which contains mushrooms, bamboo shoots and strawberries plus a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Or, go for the vegan Sakura Burger (¥1,400) that's made with a soy patty, vegan cheese and homemade aurora sauce; it's sandwiched between two pink buns that get their natural colour from purple sweet potatoes.

For those of you with a sweet tooth, you could treat yourself to some waffles with cinnamon apple compote (¥1,000), or slurp on the café's popular Smoothie Bonbon drinks (¥1,000): go for either the Sakura x Berry (topped with fresh berries and sakura ice cream) or the Peach x Cherry (featuring peach jelly and caramel-flavoured whipped cream).
