This pork charcuterie is owned by the Japanese branch of YG Entertainment, one of South Korea’s biggest entertainment companies and home to famous bands like Big Bang and former girl group 2NE1. Opened in Shibuya in early 2018, this restaurant serves typical Korean BBQ dishes in a simple yet stylish atmosphere. Sample samgyeopsal, high quality pork belly meat, or indulge in their signature dish, bulgogi − traditional Korean grilled beef. Try dipping them in one of their four different types of sauces: garlic mustard, anchovy sauce, onion and red pepper soy sauce, or wasabi cream, a Japan limited edition. For drinks, go with the makkeolli tasting set, a selection of Korea's milky sparkling rice wine.
