Time Out says
One of the quirkier joints in a city full of eclectic eateries, Sanseitei deals in knife-cut wheat noodles, a regional speciality from northern China's Shanxi province. Served in a bamboo steamer, this dish looks like a bee's nest and is eaten with two sauces that couldn't be more different: one is a sweet black vinegar mix, the other a tomato sauce with egg.
