Time Out says

This Japanese-style café specialises in kakigori, and it’s run by a specialist who once trained at one of the country’s famed kakigori shops. You can’t go wrong with a classic ichigo strawberry milk (¥1,210), doused in vivid red Japanese Beni-Hoppe strawberry syrup and housemade wasanbon (Japanese sugar) condensed milk. The uji matcha kintoki kakigori (¥1,210) is another crowd pleaser, with dark green matcha syrup, sweet azuki beans, matcha jelly and whipped cream.

It’s not all icy, though. Saryo Okuman also serves popular desserts such as chestnut and hojicha millefeuille (¥1,100) and matcha parfait (¥1,320). You can get them as a drink set with an additional ¥440. Choose from a variety of tea like sencha (green tea), genmaicha (brown rice tea), black tea and there’s even three kinds of matcha.
