Time Out says

Self-styled ‘cha-rista’ (tea barista) Koyama and former Blue Bottle Coffee barista Fujioka have joined forces to open a teahouse. Specialising in green tea, Saten sources from independent tea farms in Saitama and Nagasaki prefectures.

Choose from a variety of freshly brewed green tea (hot ¥420, iced ¥460) as well as matcha creations in the form of macchiato (¥450), latte (hot ¥520, iced ¥560) and iced cappuccino (¥580). Not a fan of this bright tea? You can also opt for coffee.

Bright and airy, Saten looks like a contemporary update on a traditional tea house. It has a distinctively simple yet stylish interior, thanks to the use of classic Japanese elements such as dark stones, natural wood and handmade washi paper.
