Saza is the world’s first specialty coffee shop to import beans directly from Esmeralda, Panama, where the beans of a special kind of coffee variety known as Geisha grow particularly well. The shop is inside the Kitte mall – just across from Tokyo Station – and is an ideal place to stop by to experience the city's fourth wave coffee culture before catching a train. Apart from the excellent hand-drip coffee, Saza also stocks beautifully crafted tableware and coffee accessories for sale.
