Suntory's Hakushu whisky is the protagonist at this bar and restaurant where attention to food and drink pairing is taken to another level. The entire menu, which centres on well-seasoned Chinese fusion cooking, is designed around this smoky spirit, and that same theme apparently served as inspiration for the interior design as well. As far as blatantly promotional eateries go, this one scores pretty close to the top.
