Time Out says

Located on the second floor of the Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Go-chome, Shari provides high-class dining in a casual ambience. Upon arrival, diners will pass through the central open kitchen where they'll be greeted by the busy chefs preparing plenty of delicacies.

For lunch, try the ‘Lady’s Gozen’ (¥2,600), a set meal that includes two types of sashimi, fried fish, chawan-mushi (savoury steamed egg custard), and three pieces of colourful rolled sushi. If you're after something more meaty, go for the 'Shari Gozen' assortment (¥3,000) featuring three pieces of tender wagyu, three types of seasonal sashimi, plus a range of other plates filled with fried food and a refreshing dessert.

Come dinner time, there are several course menus to choose from (starting from ¥12,000), but each individual dish can also be ordered separately (from ¥300) so diners can sample the many different flavours from the menu.

The restaurant also features a private room, providing space for up to six diners along with a private chef to cook up different cuts of wagyu beef right in front of your eyes.
