Time Out says

Shoto Cafe is just a 10 minute walk from Shibuya Station, right across Bunkamura. Many flock here to have a taste of its fluffy chiffon cake (from ¥650) which you can decorate with a variety of toppings including chocolate sauce, maple syrup, whipped cream, fruit jam, vanilla ice cream, red bean paste and much more. Its cream roll (from ¥600) cake is also a popular afternoon pick-me-up, and comes in three sizes ranging from a small 4 by 10 centimetre cake to a monstrous 10 by 10 centimetre one which feeds two to three people.

While most come for its Instagram-worthy desserts, its sandwiches are not to be overlooked. Meat lovers should go for the roast beef sandwich (from ¥790) which is offered in your choice of rye or white bread, or a hearty cuban sandwich (from ¥790) stuffed with generous amounts of ham and cheese. You can order them for takeaway or eat inside its cozy cafe that seats around a dozen people.
