Time Out says

Located right next to the Suehirotei theatre, this place really takes its smoking seriously: virtually every single item on the menu, from the tomatoes to the avocados, has been given the smoke treatment. The main attraction here is their home-smoked bacon, made from sangenton brand pork – in this case, they've slow-smoked the pork belly for ten days, making for an exceptionally sweet yet juicy creation. It pairs beautifully with the wines on offer, which come straight from the barrel. Alternatively, you can opt for a bottle: these go for between ¥3,000 and ¥10,000, and there's certaintly enough to choose from. We'd recommend making a reservation in advance in any case, but those who'd like an all-you-can-drink plan need to book at least two days before the fact.
