Time Out says

Popularised in Saint-Tropez, France, during the mid-1970s, Soirée Blanche is a summertime themed evening event with an all-white dress code. The Grand Hyatt Tokyo, however, has turned the concept into a two-month-long food and drink extravaganza, happening every Saturday throughout July and August.

So come dressed in your best all-white attire, as is the custom of these soirées, and you can choose from two sumptuous plans. The Saint-Tropez plan (6pm-10pm) offers table seating with buffet-style BBQ course; dishes include beef sirloin, marinated shrimp, chicken and grilled vegetables, along with canapes, appetisers and dessert. The Fête plan (7pm-10pm), on the other hand, is more casual, with a standing style that makes it easier for you to mingle while enjoying welcome canapés. The centrepiece of both plans is the free-flow bar serving Moët Impérial champagne, wine, cocktails and soft drinks.

As it's summer, you can enjoy your meal and drinks on the breathtaking outdoor terrace under the Tokyo sky. Your evening is accompanied by a resident DJ spinning summer jams. In other words, it's more than just a party – it's a slice of Mediterranean summer brought to the heart of Tokyo. Note though that you'd need to make an advance reservation.
