Strawberry Dim Sum

Putting a spin on the usual afternoon tea, The Strings Hotel Tokyo Intercontinental is putting on a strawberry dim sum feast instead. Located at the hotel’s Chinese restaurant China Shadow, the afternoon tea features 14 types of dim sum along with five kinds of Chinese sweets seasonal strawberries. There will be dim sum classics such as shumai made with abalone, shrimp and spinach steamed dumplings, and crispy spring rolls. Make sure you finish with the strawberry sweets; the selection includes an annin tofu topped with berry sauce, a strawberry egg tart pie, and strawberry coconut dumplings.
