Inspired by 1950s America, this colourful afternoon tea at the Conrad Tokyo features seasonal Japanese strawberries and classic American flavours like cajun chicken and baked beans. The theme also reflects onto the decor, with plenty of polka dots and glamorous 50s-inspired fashion spun into the buffet’s cakes and desserts.
Treat yourself to strawberry cupcakes, white chocolate and strawberry mousse, beetroot and salmon strawberry tart and even a strawberry and basil seafood pizza. Two live-cooking stations will be set up at the buffet to serve made-to-order strawberry Mont Blanc, cajun chicken and baked beans.
