Described as a gallery crossed with a café, Sumika Shinjuku is a cosy space for architecture enthusiasts to discuss their favourite designs over coffee. The café has free wifi, so it makes a great spot for working remotely, but with a series of architectural models placed on the tables and benches, it also provides an opportunity to marvel at the work of brilliant contemporary architects. 

There are 12 models on display for now, showcasing the works of both local and international luminaries including the likes of Kengo Kuma, Paul Rudolph and Lina Bo Bardi. Aside from providing visual inspiration, the café is also a great place to network with other creatives  the venue is frequented by professionals in a wide range of fields, from architecture to real estate and interior design.
