Well-versed in the dietary preferences and cultural nuances of international diners, chef Michikazu and his team offer service in English as well as Japanese, creating a welcoming atmosphere where sushi transcends language.
Hailing from Fukushima, chef Michikazu seasons his shari rice with red vinegar sourced from his home prefecture, adding a distinctive regional touch. Guests can enjoy curated sake pairings featuring select bottles from Fukushima (starting at ¥5,500), perfectly complementing the seasonally changing omakase.
