Time Out says

An all-day dining restaurant on the lobby floor of the Royal Park Hotel in eastern Nihonbashi, Symphony revised its concept and menu completely in March 2017. Now helmed by executive chef Masaki Matsuyama, it offers French cuisine at dinner time, with Matsuyama preparing colourful appetisers, steaks with garnish and cocotte dishes inspired by his time in France. Although the cuisine is authentic, they focus on allowing diners to enjoy themselves in a casual atmosphere: staff will grate cheese on your free-refill salad at the table, the wine list is plentiful, and the chef himself will often check in with you to explain his dishes. Both buffet and prix fixe options are available for breakfast and lunch.
