Nakameguro’s popular taco shop has opened its third outlet inside shopping complex Hulic & New Udagawa in Shibuya.
The tacos served here are made using housemade gluten-free corn tortillas that come in yellow and blue varieties (from ¥319 each). You can choose from a range of fillings including cajun pork, guacamole chicken, chipotle beef and spicy lamb, or tempura shrimp. Not a meat-eater? Go for the vegan tacos stuffed with seasonal veggies. If you’re after a quick snack, there are tapas options ranging from tortilla chips and salsa (¥528) to nachos (¥968) or marinated octopus (¥825).
The drink menu offers an impressive lineup of tequila-based drinks like frozen margaritas and spicy tequila poppers, as well as a tasting set which comes with three glasses of tequila – you can choose from a list of over 20 brands. There’s also beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks on offer, or you leave it up to the staff to pick out the best drink to pair with your meal.
