Time Out says

This vegan bakery in Azabujuban ditches the butter, milk and egg to make plant-based creations. It offers around two dozen kinds of bread created by chef Yoshinori Aoyagi who used to work as a chef at Harajuku’s Nansuka Pansuca bakery and even won an award at a baking competition in Asia.

While you can’t go wrong with the classic croissant, we recommend trying its signature shio (salt) butter bread which has a crispy outer layer with a fluffy inside, and has aosa (sea lettuce) kneaded into it (¥360). If you want something sweet, the decadent nama (raw) chocolat (¥440) is a cube-shaped chocolate brioche bread filled with chocolate fondant.
