Run by Italian food aficionado and chef Hiroyami Yamada, the restaurant is an ideal place to sit down for a truly special meal while enjoying everything from pasta to their homemade bread and cold cuts.

The restaurant is housed in a gorgeous, brand new building which can only be described as spacious. The highlight of the space is the massive open kitchen set in the middle of the room where you can get a good look at what’s cooking, no matter where you’re sitting. Their unique ventilation system also assures that smells from the kitchen don’t travel past the cooking space even though the kitchen is completely open to the rest of the restaurant.

The menu consists of everything from Italian classics to fresh vegetables prepared with techniques not seen in your typical Italian restaurant. The pasta is especially noteworthy, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients and served family-style in large pans straight from the stovetop for diners to enjoy together. As the warmer months draw near, shaved ice fanatics can look forward to the in-house kakigori which will be offered for dessert.
