Spreading out over two storeys, it offers seasonal eats with an Italian twist on the ground floor, while the second floor is where to find 'laboratory' cuisine (whatever that means) changed up every three months. Consider grabbing a seat by the counter to witness the chef whip up all sorts of experimental delicacies. They're also planning to hold monthly events, run by a different expert every time.
