Time Out says

You'll find The Peninsula Tokyo's stylish food truck on Naka-dori avenue streching from Tokyo Station all the way to Yurakucho. The food truck is basically an outdoor café of the Peninsula Tokyo's signature pastry shop, The Peninsula Boutique and Café which is located on the hotel's first basement floor. On a weekday, pick up one of the cafés daily lunch boxes but best get there early (just before 12noon will do) as it's limited for 10 servings and a popular lunch spot for business people around the area. It offers drinks and bakery items on weekends, but it is still a nice outdoor cafe.

The participation fee starts from ¥8,000 per person and reservations are required. (Workshops are held separately in the Ginza Ballroom on December 13 and the Sky Room on December 14.) Take-away gingerbread house kits are also available to purchase for ¥7,000. What’s more, on December 13, 14, 20, 21, 24 and 25, the hotel’s adorable bear mascot Pen will make an appearance (at 1pm, 3pm and 5pm).
