Out, the Shibuya restaurant that serves only one dish (pasta with fresh truffles) and one wine – and only plays Led Zeppelin – is welcoming two Australian truffle experts for this evening of titillating flavours. Chef Mal Meiers and sommelier Kate Christensen will be conjuring up a truffle omakase dinner for one night only, so best move fast and book your spot at one of the two sittings (from 6.30pm and 9pm) by emailing info@out.restaurant. The meal costs ¥8,000, while a drink pairing can be added for ¥6,000.
