Savour some creative strawberry dishes at Tobu department store’s dining venue, Spice, which features 44 restaurants spanning from floors 11 to 15. Strawberries used in these dishes come from Tochigi prefecture, Japan’s largest strawberry producer for the past 50 years.
There will be a total of 45 dishes on offer, including a number of unusual and quirky dishes such as strawberry Thai fried rice, strawberry and red bean paste xiaolongbao, fried strawberry baguette sandwich, and a deconstructed tapioca strawberry milk tea ice cream.
