Tohoku Heroes ft Fukushima: a special collaboration with designer Junko Koshino

Supporting Tohoku has never been fancier. The Park Hyatt's Kozue restaurant is the setting for the 'Tohoku Heroes' series, which attempts to show the best of Tohoku produce, thereby putting a positive spotlight back on to this region. Kozue's Chef de Cuisine, Kenichiro Ooe, started it all back in 2013 to help farms in northeastern Japan which were struggling after the triple disasters of 3.11. This time round, he's teamed up with fashion designer Junko Koshino, who has supplied her collection of Fukushima-made ceramic vessels and earthenware for the occasion, while the exclusive lunch and dinner menus will, as always, use local ingredients from Fukushima.
