Chewy noodles in a juicy, meat-based soup amply flavoured with green onion – that's the speciality at Tokoi Udon. Expanding from Koenji, this shop in Shimokitazawa is their second branch. Although it's generally not considered rude to leave the soup unfinished, they recommend you thin their mixture and savour all the umami until the last drop.
