Time Out says

You’re probably familiar with Tokyo Ramen Street located in the underground mall of Tokyo Station. However, the transport hub also has another ramen food hall featuring seven noodle restaurants.

Tokyo Ramen Yokocho has a nostalgic vibe to it, with an interior dominated by retro signboards and lanterns. If you’re looking for a refreshing bowl of noodles, visit Nagaoka Shokudo for its ginger soy sauce ramen (¥850), a local favourite from Nagaoka city in Niigata prefecture.

Prefer a thicker, richer broth? Gatton’s Kyushu-style tonkotsu ramen with ultra-thin noodles, or the tonkotsu ramen topped with a mountain of veggies and thick slabs of pork char siu from Butayama, will easily satisfy your craving.

Can’t decide between shoyu or tonkotsu ramen? You can taste a mixture of both in one bowl at Machida Shoten, which serves shoyu ramen with a pork broth base. A miso ramen from Itoi makes for a good option, too.

For soupless noodles, however, make a beeline for Fuinji. Its crowd-pleasing tsukemen was voted as one of Japan's best ramen for five consecutive years on Tabelog. Otherwise, go for a customisable bowl of abura soba at Ganso Aburado.
