Go for yakitori with a view on the 12th floor of Ginza's Marronnier Gate complex, where this Ehime-born teppanyaki eatery opened in early July 2016. The bird parts are grilled on the hotplate 'Imabari style', which means they're less fatty and crispier than your average chicken-on-a-stick. Affordable lunch sets are also available.
